Returns Policy

My Peace of Mindfulness offer returns for most items within 14 days of receipt of delivery. You can use this page to learn about our return policy.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, and ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

My Peace of Mindulness cannot refund any items that 

The following products thus cannot be returned under the Returns Guarantee (unless defective):

• Items which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery, or which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items;
• Personalized or special curated products (including mystery boxes)
• Digital products (including apps, digital software, ebooks, audiobooks & PDF;s,).
• Special offers, sale items or gift cards.

Return Policy

If you received incorrect or defective order, we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item for free.

Please note customers are fully responsible for choosing the right product during the checkout. If customers choose the wrong item or wrong size, customers can return the item to us to get a refund (product price only). In this case, shipping back to My Peace of Mindfulness is paid by the customer. 

The refund will be processed once the warehouse has received the return.

Please Note. We do not accept the return method of cash on delivery. And returns sent this was will be rejected.

How to Get a Refund

1. Request a return by contacting support@mypeaceofmindfulness.com

2. We will email you to authorize your return along with our return shipping address.

3. Prepare your package and pack your purchased item in its original condition; with all its contents securely.

4. Deliver your package. Make sure you get a receipt and tracking code for your parcel online.

Refunds will be processed within within 7 business days of receiving your return at the warehouse. If it has been longer than three weeks, please contact us at support@mypeaceofmindfulness.com.

Note: the refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase; or you can request store credit.

Mistaken Returns

Please ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund.

If you have accidentally sent the wrong item to My Peace of Mindfulness, we cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to My Peace of Mindfulness.

Order Cancellations

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled. 

Import Tax

Import tax differs from country to country which depends on the local policy of the country. My Peace of Mindfulness is not responsible for any import tax that may occur and it is the customer's sole responsibility to pay this fee.
